How the 7-Day Trial Works
Every new SEO Audit My Website account starts with a free 7-day trial that requires no credit card. During the trial period, you have full access to all 13 audit modules, including the AI Crawler Analysis, Schema Validation, and Content Quality modules. You can run unlimited audits on any URL, save up to 5 sites to your My Sites list, and access your full audit history.
Your trial begins the moment you verify your email and log in for the first time. A countdown timer on your dashboard shows how many days remain. You will receive email reminders at the 3-day and 1-day marks to let you know your trial is ending. When the trial expires, your account switches to a limited free tier where you can still log in and view your past audit results, but you cannot run new audits until you upgrade to a paid plan.
To continue using SEO Audit My Website after your trial, upgrade to the Pro plan from the Billing page in your dashboard settings. Upgrading at any point during the trial immediately converts your account to a paid subscription. If you upgrade before the trial ends, your first billing cycle starts on the date of upgrade and you are charged the full monthly rate. There is no penalty for waiting until the trial expires to decide.
Upgrading to Pro
To upgrade to the Pro plan, go to Settings in your dashboard sidebar, then click on the Billing tab. Click the 'Upgrade to Pro' button to begin the checkout process. You will be redirected to our secure payment page powered by Stripe, where you can enter your credit or debit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
The Pro plan costs $29 per month and includes unlimited audits, up to 50 saved sites, full audit history with comparison charts, priority support, and API access for integrating audit data into your own tools or dashboards. Once your payment is processed, your account is immediately upgraded and all Pro features become available.
If you are currently on a free trial, upgrading starts your paid subscription immediately. Your billing date will be the same day each month going forward. You can view your current plan status, next billing date, and payment method on the Billing page at any time. If you need to change your payment method or update your billing address, you can do so from the same page.
Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management is handled from the Billing page in your dashboard settings. To access it, click Settings in the sidebar, then navigate to the Billing tab. Here you can see your current plan, next billing date, payment method on file, and a link to update your card details.
To cancel your subscription, click 'Cancel Subscription' on the Billing page. Your account will remain active with Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Your audit history and saved sites are preserved, so if you resubscribe later, all your data will still be there.
To change your payment method, click 'Update Payment Method' on the Billing page. You will be directed to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you can enter new card details. The change takes effect immediately and will be used for your next billing cycle. If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will send you an email notification and retry the charge after 3 days. If the retry also fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until you update your payment information.
Understanding Your Invoice
Invoices are generated automatically each billing cycle and sent to the email address on your account. Each invoice includes the billing period dates, the plan name (Pro), the amount charged, the payment method used (last four digits of your card), and applicable tax information. Invoices are numbered sequentially for your accounting records.
You can view and download all past invoices from the Billing page in your dashboard settings. Click 'Invoice History' to see a list of all charges. Each entry shows the date, amount, and status (paid, pending, or failed). Click on any invoice to view the full details or download a PDF copy for your records.
If you need a custom invoice format, a W-9 form, or specific billing information for your company's accounting department, contact our support team at billing@seoauditmywebsite.com. We can add your company name, tax ID, and billing address to future invoices. Invoices cannot be modified after they are generated, but we can issue corrected invoices if there is an error.
