1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you individually and the organization you represent.

2. Description of Service

SEO Audit My Website is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated SEO auditing and analysis for websites. The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages and evaluates them across 13 analysis modules, including content quality, image optimization, schema markup, sitemap validation, robots.txt configuration, security headers, page speed, mobile responsiveness, AI crawler readiness, link analysis, metadata evaluation, accessibility checks, and social media optimization.

The Service generates detailed reports with actionable recommendations to help you improve your website's search engine visibility. Results are provided on an "as-is" basis and are intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific ranking improvement, traffic increase, or search engine result. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and the implementation quality of recommended changes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are required to verify your email address by clicking the verification link sent to the email you provided. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse free trial offers, or for any other purpose is a violation of these Terms. You must notify us immediately at support@seoauditmywebsite.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Our Pro plan is priced at $29 per month and includes unlimited domains, unlimited daily audits, full access to all 13 analysis modules, audit history and progress tracking, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on the calendar day corresponding to the date your paid subscription began.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until the payment is resolved.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Free Trial Terms

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Service. The free trial provides access to a limited set of features: you may register up to 3 domains and run up to 3 audits per day. All 13 analysis modules are available during the trial so you can fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

At the end of the 7-day trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid Pro subscription at $29 per month unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be charged on the first day after your trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will retain access to your trial features until the trial period concludes, after which your account will revert to a limited free state with read-only access to past audit results.

Each person is eligible for only one free trial. We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility at our sole discretion and to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Scraping or Data Extraction: Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Service beyond what is provided through the normal user interface.
• Automated Abuse: Submitting an excessive number of audit requests through automated means, or otherwise using the Service in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• Reselling: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or any data obtained from the Service to third parties without our prior written permission.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or any networks connected to the Service.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization while using the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these restrictions, including suspending or terminating their account and reporting the conduct to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and all other content and materials, is the property of SEO Audit My Website and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including the URLs you audit and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your account or when we delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service for purposes such as improving our algorithms, publishing industry benchmarks, and conducting research. This aggregated data will not identify you or your websites and cannot be reverse-engineered to do so.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data and will not use your personal audit results for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

The Service only accesses publicly available web content when performing audits. We do not access password-protected pages, private content, or any areas of your website that are not openly accessible via the public internet. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to audit any URL you submit to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEO AUDIT MY WEBSITE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account and terminate these Terms at any time by navigating to your account settings and selecting the option to delete your account, or by contacting us at support@seoauditmywebsite.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data will be retained in a read-only state for 90 days before permanent deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees. We may also terminate or suspend the Service in its entirety at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on the Service. For material changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or through a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the changes take effect. If you cancel due to a material change in the Terms, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused portion of your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
