Beta Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the private beta of SEO Audit My Website (the “Beta”). By requesting or using Beta access, you agree to these terms. The Beta is under active testing, access may be limited, and features may change, be unavailable, or be removed.

Beta access is not a public free trial or paid subscription. Requesting or receiving access does not create an automatic renewal, automatic conversion, or payment obligation.

You may submit only publicly accessible URLs that you own, control, or are authorized to test. Do not submit login-protected pages, private network addresses, staging systems containing confidential information, private documents, passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive data.

You must not use the Beta to probe systems without authorization, evade access controls, overload a website, interfere with another service, or violate applicable law or a third party’s rights.

Beta results are informational and may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or incorrect. A finding or score does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, accessibility, security, legal compliance, conversion results, or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.

Verify each finding in your CMS, server configuration, analytics, Search Console, and professional workflow before changing a live website. The Beta is not a substitute for professional SEO, security, accessibility, privacy, or legal advice.

If account access is provided, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping authentication methods secure. We may ask for feedback about incorrect, unclear, or missing findings. Do not include confidential information in feedback.

We may suspend access, impose limits, reset Beta data, or discontinue the Beta when needed for testing, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. The Beta is intended to inspect public web content only. Do not submit personal information that is not necessary for the test.

We retain rights in the Beta software, interface, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit or make available through an authorized public URL. Beta access does not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. Use of the Beta and reliance on any result is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Audit My Website and Simple Use Software, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by relying on an unverified Beta result.

No price, paid tier, subscription benefit, billing schedule, refund right, renewal term, or service level is offered under these Beta terms. If commercial access is introduced, the applicable price and terms will be presented separately before any charge is authorized.

We may update these terms as the Beta changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Material commercial terms will not be added retroactively; paid access would require a new agreement presented before purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
