Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SEO Audit My Website, a private-beta product of Simple Use Software, LLC, handles personal information. Questions or requests may be sent to support@seoauditmywebsite.com.

• Account information: email address, optional name and avatar, authentication identifiers, session data, and account settings.
• Audit information: submitted public URLs, public page content and response metadata collected for supported checks, audit results, issue evidence, and saved history.
• Security and capacity information: IP-derived rate-limit buckets, request timing, error logs, and service diagnostics.
• Founder reservation information: normalized email address, consent record, reservation or waitlist status, numbered spot when assigned, and related timestamps. A reservation does not include card details.
• Communications: messages sent through contact or support channels and email-delivery status when a beta message is sent.

Submit only public URLs that you own, control, or are authorized to test. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private documents, confidential staging pages, or private-network URLs.

Information is used to provide account access, run supported checks, display and save results, enforce security and beta-capacity limits, respond to support requests, administer genuine Founder reservations, investigate incorrect findings, and improve reliability.

Beta results may be incomplete or incorrect. Submitted URLs and results are not used to guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, AI citations, or another outcome.

• Supabase: authentication and PostgreSQL database services for account, audit, rate-limit, and reservation records.
• Vercel: application hosting and server-side request processing for the intended production deployment.
• Google PageSpeed Insights: when configured and available, the submitted public URL is sent to obtain performance measurements.
• Resend: when an email is sent, the recipient address and message-delivery data are processed for that communication.

Stripe is not currently used to collect private-beta payments. Test-mode products and prices contain no beta customer payment information. If Founder billing is activated, this policy and the commercial terms will be updated before a payment is requested.

We do not sell personal information or publish reservation email addresses.

Depending on location, processing may be based on providing the requested beta service, legitimate interests in security and product reliability, consent for optional email or a Founder reservation, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn for future optional communications, but withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.

Account, audit, and reservation records are retained while needed to operate and evaluate the beta, provide requested history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Exact commercial retention periods have not been adopted because no commercial service is active.

You may request deletion. Some records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or records that must be retained for legal reasons. We will explain any applicable exception when responding.

The beta uses essential browser storage and cookies for authentication, session continuity, security, and necessary preferences. No advertising-cookie program is claimed under this policy. See the Cookie Policy for current details.

We use access controls, row-level security, transport encryption provided by service platforms, private-target request blocking, rate limits, and restricted secrets. No system is perfectly secure. Do not submit confidential or private content to the beta.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. The beta is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request their personal information.

This policy may change as the beta and its providers change. Material changes will be dated here. Payment-related processing will not be presented as active until the Founder billing path is verified and updated terms are provided before checkout.
