Your submitted URLs are processed by our 13 analysis modules to generate comprehensive SEO reports. We use this data to provide you with actionable recommendations, display your audit history, and enable features like site comparison and progress tracking.

Analytics and Improvement

We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how our Service is used, identify the most and least popular features, and make data-driven decisions about product development. This includes analyzing audit volume trends, feature adoption rates, and error frequencies. We do not use your personal audit results for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you, unless the data has been fully anonymized and aggregated.

Communication

We use your email address to send transactional messages such as account verification emails, password reset links, and billing receipts. We may also send you product updates, tips for improving your SEO, and information about new features if you have opted in to marketing communications. 4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Audit results and site history are retained indefinitely while your account is active so that you can track your SEO progress over time. If you cancel your subscription, your account data and audit history remain accessible in a read-only state for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytical purposes. Backup copies of deleted data may persist in our backup systems for up to an additional 30 days before being permanently purged.
